SMS Consent & Opt-In Process

This page documents how NextVoicePro collects explicit consent before sending any SMS/text messages to users.

1. Opt-In Method: Web Form

NextVoicePro uses a web form opt-in process. Users must take two explicit actions before receiving any SMS messages:

  1. Provide their phone number in the Notification Settings page of their account dashboard.
  2. Enable SMS notification toggles for the specific message types they want to receive.

No SMS messages are sent until both steps are completed. SMS toggles default to off — users must explicitly turn them on.

2. Consent Language Displayed to Users

When a user enters their phone number, the following consent disclosure is displayed directly below the phone number input field:

SMS Phone Number
+12065551234

Format: +1XXXXXXXXXX (E.164 format required by Twilio)

By providing your phone number and enabling SMS notifications, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from NextVoicePro including booking confirmations, voicemail alerts, and call summaries. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Privacy Policy

3. SMS Notification Toggles (Default: Off)

After entering a phone number, users select which notifications they want via SMS. Each toggle is off by default and must be explicitly enabled:
